Food is excellent... and I normally am not impressed with food. The red beans & rice were well seasoned without being overpowering. The avocados from La Republica Dominica twice decisive normal avocados. The carne asada was very flavorful. Portion size was very generous. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.

Insanely authentic, savory puertorican food. I love that you get to see the kitchen and the variety of things you are able to buy. Their mofongos are very good, they even come with great garlic sauce (caldo). Prices are very reasonable, on the cheap side. If you like Puerto Rican food, you should try it at least once!

This place serves great food. The variety is wide. The mofongo was made on demand and was not only delicious but also soft and with perfect texture. The prices could be a little better. I think I spent way too much for a party of 4, but overall the restaurant is well worth trying.

The place was great. The food was excellent and the portion size is big. We were in Florida for a cruise and stayed at a hotel nearby. We seen this place and gave it a try. And wasn’t disappointed at all. Next time in Florida I’ll be going back. Give it a try if you’re in the area.

What can I say? Foods spot on and delicious! The spice rubs on the pernil and chicken OH EM GHEEE! We will be back. I wish there was a place more local to us of this quality or trying to talk to the owner about opening a location more local to Deltona. There’s no place around here to get this restaurant quality food here. The menu was huge with a ton of options. I ordered the tripleta. It was amazing and I ate half and was stuffed. But I had to order and bring extra food home. The dining room was comfortable and spacious. Had enough room to even have a family or work party. Plus, I heard he does some catering as well. Great decor, quality music playing. The restaurant was very clean as well as the bathrooms. Tons of drink options that many places do not offer. Even the take out containers weren’t the cheap styrofoam. This guys doing things right!!!!

Had them for catering for our wedding on December 20,2024. It was more than perfect, especially the service. Very professional and friendly. Very affordable for us and my entire family loved every bit of it. We will be coming back just to have them again, but if anyone is wondering about their catering, I highly recommend. Also, the Coquito was awesome!

Great customer service. Excellent food except for the veggies. I found the veggies to have a strong vinegar taste. 2 much vinegar for me but I think that's how most people like them. I am used to eating my veggies steam with no seasoning so that was a bad shock for me. Besides the veggies everything else was perfect. Very flavorful, the price was fair for the quantity. I will be back

We hired Miguel and his team to service our wedding which took place a few weeks ago and let’s just say... they went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! The food was definitely one of the biggest talks of the night! We received so many compliments from our guests saying it was the best food they ever had (even at a wedding). Miguel informed us on the portions of the food, and even worked with us as my husband and I had changed the selections quite a bit (we were indecisive lol). He knows his stuff! He truly cares about his customers and wants them to be taken care of! The food was DELICIOUS!! The chicken fell off the bone! We look forward to using his services again for future events! For potential customers: if you are reading this, hire them!! You will not be disappointed and your guests will be talking about it for days!!
